AT&T Managed Network Services (MNS) Decision Support System

Unable to wait any longer for overdue reports from the floundering corporate data warehousing effort, MNS was desperate for a reliable source of quality reports that would integrate information from several transactional and work order focused systems. EUO provided project management, analysis and design for the Decision Support System and all development was completed offshore by EU Outsourcing. The application framework and reports remain in use today. The application framework was one of four applications recognized and presented at the AT&T Labs Innovation Forum.
